Sciencevision is based out of Indiana, Pennsylvania. The album was recorded between summer 2017 and spring 2018 in multiple homes and studio spaces.

Their last album, Colorshifter (Field Hymns Records), leaned more towards the cold and synthetic side of krautrock/psychedelic music. See You is a more vibrant release with new age influence and marks a return to a full band lineup. Some touchstones include Karate, Duster, and Upper Astral.
